 100ml vegetable oil

 5 whole red chillies

 150g onions, thinly sliced

 20g ginger-garlic paste

 2tbsp tomato paste

 2tbsp lemon juice

 500g chicken thighs

 200g low-fat yoghurt

 1 1/2 tbsp salt
